In July of 2016, the Holle family (all 19 individuals) met up with the Schramm family (Althea’s sister and her family)! Upon arriving in Wisconsin, the Holle’s and the Schramm’s attended the Tommy Bartlett Show on Lake Delton.
This show contained many boat tricks, as well as fireworks! The next day we all went to the Wisconsin Dells waterpark! While at the waterpark, we went to the wavepool, lazy river, went on slides, and more! One day the Holle’s even spent their time taking a water taxi over to another part of the town. There we swam the day away in an infinity pool! Back at the cabins, all of the grandchildren spent their time with one another.
The boys palyed hours of baseball between the cabins, while the girls braided each other’s hair and danced! The Holle’s were even visited by some “wildlife,” as racoons scaveged through the trash and ran under the decks for hours each day! When not at the cabin or the waterpark, the Holle’s spent hours in the arcade. This arcade had every game that you could ever imagine! In all, the trip was very successful! It was a time for both families to see one another and catch up, as they had not seen each other in years. This trip was a lot fun, and holds memories to last a lifetime!
